Delivery & Returns
This page explains our despatch times, delivery service and returns process. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us.
DESPATCH
- Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days of order and payment.
DELIVERY
All website orders are shipped using UPS.
- Delivery area: UK mainland only
- Service: next working day delivery (subject to location and order cut-off)
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a contact phone number at checkout.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent by UPS where available. Please provide a valid email address and/or mobile number when placing your order.
RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the damage (and packaging where relevant)
We will then, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or agree a suitable refund.
Returns
Non-branded products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
- Returned at your cost using a tracked or signed-for service
Once received and checked, refunds will be processed promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
