DELIVERY....

Despatch:

Non-personalised cans are normally despatched within 3 working days of your order and payment.

Personalised cans are despatched within 10 working days of receiving your order, payment and print ready artwork. 


Delivery:

The cost of delivery is calculated by weight at checkout. Orders are sent by UPS next working day delivery or Royal Mail 1st class service. 

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland,  the Isle of Wight and Scottish Highlands is a 2 day courier service.


To ensure trouble free delivery, please give a phone number for the delivery address when placing your order.

Tracking:

Please give an email address or mobile phone number when placing your order so that you receive tracking information.

Overseas Delivery:

Please call us on 01903 331266 if you would like a price for delivery overseas. 

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged items, please send proof of purchase and pictures of the damage to enquiries@promocan.co.uk within 14 days of the date of despatch. We will at our discretion either send free replacements for the damaged items or agree a partial refund with you.

Non-branded products in original condition can be returned for a refund if you send us a proof of purchase and request a returns authorisation within 14 days of receiving the goods. You should return the goods at your cost within 14 days of contacting us, in the original packaging and using a signed for delivery service. Refunds after the 14 day grace period are at our discretion.

Branded or personalised products are custom made to order using your artwork and are not returnable unless faulty. If you require a physical proof of your order before going ahead, please ask us for pricing.
